Well, 2 weeks ago it was a saturday and I don't w/o on sat's so I decided to do some pushup's, try to help with my chest developement. Well I was doing between 50 to 100 at a time and I was at about 250 when I hear a loud "POP!", so loud my dog shrugged! and cringed! Today I went to the doctor and I may have a partial tear in my rotator cuff. FUnny thing was she's checking my shoulder and movement out and I had no discomfort now it's 4 hours later and I can't lif my arm up and I'm hurtin. So, she says 2 weeks without working chest or delts/traps. I already plan on being a squating machine, but what about arms and back? What do you guys think? I'm so pissed, I've been eating like 4000 calories a day trying to gain hoping to get ready for my 1st cycle now, if this lingers I could be fucked! I'm so pissed, I work my ass off at the gym and really push and work hard now this. Very discouraged!
