First - thanks in advance for any help and advice.
Going to start a new cycle. I've used gear prior, but honestly, not very smartly. I am 6'0, 200, athletic build, not great, but not bad either. Looking to put on some weight, but more interested in the mirror versus the scale. I have the nutrition and weight training programs down, but I want to make sure my cycle is right before I begin. This is what I have right now - looking for the smart 10-12 week cycle. Again, thanks in advance!
