    train w the cold?

    been sneezing w runny nose the past 3-4 days. starting to feel better. do I train tomorrow? Again, I feel better but not 100%

    You can, just keep it light. If you go to hard you're just going to make everything worse.

    if you're starting to feel better, go for it.

    sometimes it helps to sweat the cold out

    I do pwo cardio for 45 min ed. should I cut it to 30 until Im at 100%? Should I dress warm instead of t shirt and shorts?

    don't over think it, bro.

    if you're feeling good, do your cardio. if not, go home and rest.

    thanks, bro. I just get depressed after I have gotten so far in my training that I feel that if I take off a week that Ill shrink, lol. Ill get in there tomorrow, take it on the lighter side and see how I feel. Thanks again guys....

    You will probably find that when you go back to training your strength will have increased
