my heart is pumping realy realy fast.. i dont know why last time i took hydroxycut was at 4pm.. its now 5 am almost 6 am andi cannot sleep. i feel funny im sweating and too parnoid to sleep. this is realy scaring me.. why is my heart pumping too fast??? why am i sweating every 5 mins?? as i was laying down trying to sleep i felt something funny in my head........

if this is the case, Id say ease up on the hydrycut tommorow, try half the dose you did today and slowly build up to a full dose. THe Ephedrine and Caffiene are sure to give you a huge rush. Especially if you arent used to it.

this is not my first time on hydro... im taking 5 pills a day and never felt like this b4 first time ever... plus im taking primo 200 m/g a week and winni 100 eod.... oh man this is strange

I would definitely cut out the hydroxycut and see if your sides subside.

For starters trying to calm down is a step in the right direction. Count your heartbeat - what's the rate? If it's under 160 you're going to be fine. You've managed to get too much epinephrine (adrenaline) in your system and your emotions are making it worse. Take long slow breaths and sit still. Think about things that calm you down.

Had the same kinda reaction one time when I stupidly did a few lines of coke while on clen. Not smart, not pleasent, would never do it again, but I did like hammerhead said and I came out just fine.

i think your just trippin out over this. stop the hydroxycut tonight...if the problem remains tommorow call your doc.. i think your just anxious and nervous..that could do it...Madmax...

I think Rickson maybe right, it could be anxiety. I smoked northern lites last night and I thought about how stoned I was and I sort of got anxiety until I got my mind off it. Hydroxycut won't effect you 13 hours later unless you were doing alot and quit cold turkey. I did that once and had similar syptoms. I would be careful none the less. It's better to be safe than sorry!

I had some fat burners that contained sida cordifiloa 400mg, l-phenylalanine 200mg and guarana extract 200mg and these tabs gave me real bad anxiety.

I stopped the use after about a week and I WON'T EVER use them again.
