im wanting some feedback on my diet..
Wake up: 25g whey isolate w/ water
meal 1: 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, bowl of broccoli
meal 2: Salmon (12g of fat and 42g of protein)
meal 3: Chicken breast w/ 1 cup of oats (pre work out)
Shake after workout 50g of whey isolate
meal 4: 16 oz of steak w/ broccoli
meal 5: natty peanut butter
meal 6: Shaker cup full of skim milk w/ 1 scoop of whey isolate
