Hey guys, Ive been researching and ive come up with this new diet to gain lean body mass. I will be doing cardio 3 times a week at low intensity for about 20-30 minutes.
Meal 1: 4 egg whites
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 1/2 avocado (equals about 1/2 cup)
4-6 oz. ground turkey
1 cup broccoli
Workout
Meal 3: 2 scoops whey protein
Meal 4: 1 1/2 can tuna
1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 5: 4-6 oz. ground turkey
Meal 6: about 1/2 cup cottage cheese with some splenda.
