Well I havent posted in a while but have been trying to keep tabs on some of the other members posts. Lots of good information out there.
I started training a couple of years back, was way overweight. 5'8" 208, about 30% bodyfat, dropped down to a low of 147 and am now working to hit about 180 with 8-10% bodyfat. I am currently about 165 with about 7% ( per 3 point caliper inspection from my trainer in the gym )
any critiques?
