I'm currently 26 years old and am 6'2, 215 pounds. Over the few weeks I started going to the gym wanting to firm up my abdominal section, chest area, etc. Though I don't know my exact percentage of body fat, I'm sure it's pretty high.
I've been lifting 5 days a week, 4-5 days cardio each week and eating right. I want to take something that will help me to see results more quickly though I hate needles and steroids in general bug me out a little. I wanna add muscle tone to my arms and firm up, while cutting abdominal fat in my chest and midsection.
What do you think would help me the most?
