well its been 2.5 wks since I have been in a gym. I had my surgery five days ago and with all the pain meds Ive been taking its making it hard to eat much and when I do eat its crap food cause I can't cook right now. I have lost almost fifteen lbs in 2.5 wks and I feel like a skinny little bitch and I still have another 2-4wks before I can train again so Im gonna lose a shit load more weight. it makes me gag just thinking about how long it will take to regain my mass and lifts. sorry bout the rant but I needed to vent.![]()
