    I eat 2500 calories for breakfast.....lolool

    go to the diet section and post a thread there on what you eat in a day and let us look at it.

    I highly doubt you're consuming 6000 each day - it would be VERY difficult to maintain 185 with that excess of calories. unless you're like... bulimic

    Ok I'm a little confused. Were you dieting for 6 months at 2500 cals a day or were you eating 6000 cals a day and changed your diet after the wreck.

    6000 cals is a lot of food..........if you really do eat that much and have 7% body fat let me know your secrets.

    Was it the subie you got ejected from? Sold my STI last year....oh yeah and WELCOME
