Ok so 1 month ago i started a testosterone cycle.
I'm 22 years old.
At the begining of the cycle my weight was : 136,6 lbs ( february 11th )
and in date of today i'm 144,4 lbs ( march 14th ).
I'm not doing cardio at the moment. Is it a good idea to start?
