Is this the right PCT?

Doing my second cycle of Eq 600mg/week and Sust 250 EOD.
Total cycle 12 weeks
Status : Comeplted 8 weeks

I have been taking a shot of HCG 500iu every weekend since the week 1.
Also have been taking :
Provironum ED 2nos
clomiphene citrate - 1 tab every other day
arimidex - quarter tablet every other day

I am planning to take the HCG shots till the 10th week and then stop the HCG.

Since i am on Eq and and a sugested PCT of Equipoise 21 days after last injection i am planning to start PCT after 21 of the last shot.

The PCT will include: (4 weeks of PCT)
Provironum ED 2nos
clomiphene citrate - 1 tab every other day
arimidex - quarter tablet every other day
Sustain Alpha Body Lotion ( for increasing the Testo production)


Please suggest me if I am wrong anywhere. I am really confused about the PCT aspect. I dont want to loose the gains i get during the cycle beacuse of a wrong PCT.

Forgot to mention that I also added Oral Winny for the last 6 weeks. 50 mg a day.

id run 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex ed for 4 weeks.
could back the clomid offf to 50mg the 2nd 2 weeks. i prefer to keep it at 100.

why are you running clomid through the cycle, about useless

Hmm! But in between the end of cycle and start of PCT there is a 21 day gap. Should i be taking any pills in this span?

i can do 600 test/300 deca and never need anything during my cycle

but i would wait the 21 days unless you have a bad reaction

Hey,I'm a new member . Thant is a pretty large stack your running . You need to buy the anabolics 2009 book it will take 3 days to get to you . Follow the instructions .

The armidex is going to help you keep estrogen to a minimum aswell as you side effects . Also by taking it durin gthe cycle it will help you keep more of your gains . The reason I said that you should buy that book is because it is of my understanding that the Hcg tells ( sorry about spelling in advance ) the putitary gland to produe luitinizing hormone which then tells the testies to start producing testosterone again . this is also pretty much the same with clomid . I would also increase the armidex to at least 1/2 tab now to help keep those gains .

HCG does not tell the putitary gland to produe luitinizing hormone. It mimics the LH and hence the testies produce Testo.

So when u stop taking HCG the pitutary gland has to realise that there is no LH and then start producing it so that later the Testo is produced. This is the time u start loosing your gains. Thats the reason u should never use HCG after the cycle.

Chap i aint a veteran in here but i have learnt from my mistakes. Learnt it the hard way. Doing a cycle is very easy but doing the right PCT and maintaining those gains after the cycle is your true achievement.
I will definatley consider your book. Atlest a E-book!

clomiphene citrate - 1 tab every other day Not sure why...Clomid has maintanied endogenous LH in some individuals when on minimal HRT doses of Test for limited peroids. But I doubt thats why your using it? Anyway, it wont have that effect (IMHO) after 10 weeks at "250mg/EOD Sust"

Take one tab of Arimidex EOD. That should keep estrogenic sides at bay.

You should IMO, finish the cycle (always) with some sort of oral, like Tbol, Winstrol, Dbol, Var. That way you can remain anabolic right upto PCT begins, not wait for X amount of days and risk losing gains when cortisol levels are high or higher than normal. My choice would be Tbol, then Winstrol.

1) Stop the HCG in week 10 You can stop the HCG or ramp it to 250-500ius 10-15 days from when PCT STARTS.
2) Stop the Sust250 and EQ in week 12 Yes.
3) From week 12 to week 15 take the oral winny Run it for the final 6 weeks until PCT STARTS, so yes, you'd be taking Winstrol alone for a bit.4) from week 15 to week 19 take JUST Arimidex EOD ? Yes
