Im getting ready to start a clen/t3 cycle with the clen 2weeks on 2 off and the t/3 and 2-3grms of taurine the whole time . What do you guys think the best diet option is. I workout 5-6 days a weeks 1 hr cardio and 1-1.5 lifting. I have researched this topic for a while and i have seen everything from eat what u want (which i know is BS) to the atkins diet. I am very disiplined when it comes to my diet and i have already lost over 25lbs with alot of dieting and hard work at the gym and so after much research im gonna give this a try. Please give ur opinions on personal experience or someone u know has done any help would be great.
I will also be starting a thread of my progress and pics of what i have done so far and what i will do while on this cycle and hopefully it will help someone to realize that u can lose fat with good diet and hard work and there is no magic shot or pill like so many think there is and i was one of those people at one time cuz all i wanted to do was cycle some gear and get ripped and big LOL but thanks to this site and alot of helpful people on here i have got myself in check and now im on my way to doing a cycle here in the near future once i get a good base to start with. anyway all help would be great!!!
