Arimidex dosage?

Just got my adex today! I'm 27 , 5'11 , 200 lbs, 12-14% bf. with that said this is my second cycle.

Week 1-14 test enth at 500mg/wk
Week 1-12 deca at 600mg/wk

PCT-adex, nolva, clomid

My question is how much adex should i run through my cycle? And should i use the nolva during my cycle also or just for pct?
Just asking cause this is my first cycle with deca!

nice cycle, well some suggest .25 daily some say EOD , are u gyno prone? if u are i would go everyday, if not the adex could effect gains or strength so go every other day. hope this helps

use the adex through-out, drop then the clomid and nolva exactly 2weeks after last shot.

Thanks guys! The adex i got are 1mg pills should i just cut them into 4 quaters?

Thanks again bro! I'm on my way in 10 minutes to grab one! My right nip is a little sensitive and when i push on my nip i feel a couple pea sized gravel or stone like texture too them. Is that what gyno feels like and with this new info (that i should have mentioned in the first place! sorry!) is that dosage still the same? just making sure i know now so i don"t ask again later!
