Does Test or any other AAS help with your allergies?

So as of December 31st I came off of my 2 year blast and cruise. I ran a nice pct for about a month, and by early february I'm sure all drugs were out of my system.

Well, today is March 17, and I'm miserable because of allergies.

There is a history of allergy problems in my family but I had never noticed any negative reactions to anything except cats. Well, last may my ears started acting up and then in mid february they did again.

I've gotten allergy tests, and I'm off the charts. Severe reaction to 40 out of 40 antigens. Animals, fungi, pollens, dust, everything. You name it, I'm apparently allergic to it.

Now I had been feeling pretty lousy on a consistent basis for the last year or so, but I am assumed it was merely because of the IRS/FBI putting me out of business and hitting me with 3 years of audit - a process that took 13 months.

Well all the stress is gone, I have a great potential for a writing career in front of me, and now I can't even function normally more than 2 or 3 days a week.

They have me taking allergy immunity shots, singulair, benadryl, claritin, omnaris steroid inhaler, and some other prescription anti-histamine spray that I can't remember the name of.

This sucks, and it sucks bad. Does anyone know - and I ask here because I've yet to find a Dr. who knows or any other posted info - if taking test or any other aas can help the body to fight off airborne allergies? I'm not even looking for scientific proof here, as I know there is likely none out there. I merely want to see if anyone has noticed their allergies are far less bothersome when they are on cycle.

If anyone knows, please message, I have test just sitting in a drawer if it will help.

By the way... All other things check out clear, test levels are fine, sex drive is low, but it is present. Energy, concentration, its all fine, but my allergies are so bad that I can barely even see straight.

Thanks Big, but I'm not expecting any scientific and researched proof, as I have already looked for that myself. I've scoured the web and talked to MD's, and none of them have any idea.

What I'm looking for are people who have allergies such as jimmyinked up here, to see if they happen to notice their allergies don't effect them while on cycle.

Because the last 2 and a half years I have basically been on, and never had an allergy problem in my entire life. It's hard to believe that they came on this rapid and severely. Something is amiss.

Jimmy, what type of allergies do you have?

Interesting, I don't know what the mechanism of action could be, but I am starting to believe that elevated testosterone levels may help to somehow fend off airborne allergies.

I would love to find any possible research on the topic, but there seems to be none, so personal experiences will have to do for now.

I got allergies, have to take weekly shots for them ( i get to give those myself too)

but I would have to say, that AAS use has NOT made any of my allergies or asthma go away

Thank you for your response. Do you notice that they are more tolerable/less tolerable at all when you are on/off cycle?

It's just a really bad pollen season, spring is here. You got lucky the last 2 years, and the odds finally caught up to you. Feel better soon.

nope, they seem the same for me either way. it is a good thought though, like maybe HGH could change some things

Interesting you mentioned this. I go home for Christmas every year to see family. There are two cats I am very allergic to. It happens to me every year. I am miserable for a week staying there.
Well this year I showed up on a cycle + GH. I had absolutely NO symptoms. I couldnt believe it. Spring is coming now, and I will be doing the same thing. I suspect my cherry blossom allergies will be non-existent too.

Well, I can barely type my head is so cloudy, so I'll keep it short.

I'm going to start my next cycle early and will post if there is any significant change.

I have a story for you.

I stopped AAS for 2 years because of a bad tendon injury.Αfter about 1 year i after awakening i was having some pimples on my skin here and there for 30min-1hour.Not many.1-4 the most. After that time they would go away.I had this only after awakening.

I tried some anti histamines that my dermatologist prescribed me and that worked. But after cessation of using them the pimples were there again.

I didn't want to take all my life anti histamines so i stopped using them. Also he had prescribed me a lot of blood test and find nothing!

After some months i decided to start a dbol cycle. The skin allergy dissapeared in a couple of days and never shown up again!

It must have something to do with AAS for sure.Human body is so complex and everyone is different..The great thing about all this is that Dbol cured the allergy and not only the symptoms, cause it never shown up again although i was having lots of months for off cycle seasons.
