im 23 5’7 195 bf%16 to 18 not sure I put up a bulking diet im still a beginner but I need some help with a bulking diet ,can I use this diet for bulking
Meal 1:
6 Egg Whites, 2 whole eggs (all scrambled togheter with peper and Tabasco), 1 cup oatmeal with strawberry and blueberries ( 3 of each sliced)with 2 scoops of whey protein
Meal 2
Lean Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
Meal 3
2 scoops of whey 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 4
8oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 5
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
Meal 6
Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice)
Meal7
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1tbs olive oil
