    help with my bulking diet

    im 23 5’7 195 bf%16 to 18 not sure I put up a bulking diet im still a beginner but I need some help with a bulking diet ,can I use this diet for bulking


    Meal 1:

    6 Egg Whites, 2 whole eggs (all scrambled togheter with peper and Tabasco), 1 cup oatmeal with strawberry and blueberries ( 3 of each sliced)with 2 scoops of whey protein





    Meal 2
    Lean Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies


    Meal 3
    2 scoops of whey 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

    Meal 4
    8oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice

    Meal 5
    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies



    Meal 6
    Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice)

    Meal7
    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1tbs olive oil

    well im not done with my curent training im just getting ready for by july so im ready but i said not sure last time i cheked i was 16 but its not exact anyways i just want to know if its a good bulking diet

    Way too many shakes in there...Other than that, you're gonna have to let some of the other guys chime in.

    more detail.. looks like ur not eating enough

    nope the diet will not work for bulking.

    You'll need to add alot more carbs to your meals.
