I've been on a cut for the past month and have lost about 22lbs, sadly too much of which was muscle. I'd say during the middle of February I was probably 20-21% BF, no abs at all, no vascularity, bloated face.
Current protocal since February 15th:
Activate Xtreme (divanil based test booster)
Clen 120mcg/day - 1 week on, 1 off, benadryl 50mgs each night
Cardio - 30-45 mins AM fasted 5x/week
- 30 mins PWO (most days)
Nutrition: ~2200 cals/day, <100g carbs, 250+g protein, fat ???
I'm leaving for a cruise tomorrow, so I treated this as a mini contest prep (although much more lax, but 100% strict on everything).
A BF estimate as well as any critiques you may have are much appreciated! I have no pics of the wheels because they have been partially neglected and are not on par or worth showing.
