last time i was here i weighed 210 lbs with a good diet and a bunch of cardio ive lost a ton of weight when i left the gym tonite i weighed 180 even. im very happy about this but i was wandering wat is the best exercise to lose my stomach? it seems like no matter wat i do it just wont go away. im still not even considering a cycle till i get my bf % down to 10 % or lower. SO PLEASE HELP!
