So about 3 months ago I got an infected left quad from some gear. Showed up as a small abscess on an ultrasound and they sucked some of the puss out with a needle then gave me dicloxacilin. Since then during the day it is usually fine and doesn't bother me at all however at night i sometimes get a little warmth and nerve pain around the area. The area itself isn't red and it's been a while so i don't think the infection is back or anything, is it dangerous to leave or do i need to get it cut out asap? Thanks.
