    Couple Random Diet ?'s

Nothing to hard here, but couldnt find answers doing a search.

First, is it possible to eat too much tuna? Any negative health concerns? I am eating about 12-14oz a day, or about 78gs of protein worth of Tuna.

2nd, I usually work out around noon. At this point, I have only had about 26g of protien from a can of tuna (i only get up at 10am due to my schedule with work, but i get a full 8-9 hours of sleep a night). I am not getting to eat some times for about 1-1.5 hours after working out. By not getting that protien in right after the workout, is that significantly hurting me from growing / burning excess fat? Its very hard for me to have a protien shake during the day as i have no way of making them while at work. My other part of this question is, if i start buying a protien shake from the gym to have after working out, if I eat about 30mins-1 hour later, is that too soon? My lunch usually is either some sort of grilled chicken or steak. I am really trying to keep things on a time schedule, but its kind of hard with what i do.

I am 28, 195lbs about 16-17% bf. I am really trying to cut that bf down and pickup a lean 10lbs

currently using test Prop 150mg EOD, Var 50mg ED, Arimed .5mg EOD
    PCT, Nov/Clom

On average, i think i am a 3k calories, and roughly 250g protien by the time i goto sleep.

Got to have some kind of pwo nutrition within 15-20 min of working out---yes not doing this is hurting most if not all your efforts in the gym--at least got to drink a shake--this 15-20 min pwo is the most important time of day you will eat as your body is in dire need of nutrients-

I use to drink a pre wo shake but no pwo shake--didnt know any better---man what a difference in just 2 months after doing so. Try to get 40-50 gr of protein and double that in carbs within that 15-20 min of wo.

Thanx!! I figured that. Ive only been doing this for a week now, as I changed the time I work out. I use to have a PWO shake when i was working out at night, but since im fitting the workout in during the day, its throwing me off a bit. Ill be sure I start getting a shake and try to rearange my lunch from now on.

Any one advice on the Tuna? Eating 3 cans a day? Any negative health concerns?

Never heard of problems of eating to much tuna---maybe some some of the experts can comment on that.

About the tuna, the only concern would be the mercury content. But there was about a 8 month span where I ate at LEAST that much, with no problems. Unless you're pregnant/lactating or a small child you'll be fine.

So do you workout right after work? Could you make a shake before you go to bed, throw it in the freezer, and then in the morning throw it in your car or a cooler, then when you workout it will be thawed? It really is best to get that in you asap PWO. And no it's not an issue to eat a meal of food shortly after that. The reason for the shake is it's fast absorbtion. The meal afterwards will not hinder you in any way.
