Anyone know a general rule of thumb when to start PCT after a Havoc cycle?
Also when a Havoc cycle is completed is only SERM required or should there also be an AI involved also?

about a day after your last dose. post cycle should be SERM only. Havoc is a strong AI itself. no need to further suppress estro.
