    Newbie scoping things out

    34 years old
    5'11 and 205lbs
    8% bodyfat

    As someone who competed regularly in natural bodybuilding and having lifted since I was in junior high, I'm very well-versed in training and nutrition. I no longer compete though. I explored the idea of trying the juice a couple years ago, but decided to stay natural.

    I feel that I've reached that age though. Workouts are getting harder to recover from, no gains over the past few years....frustration setting in. I'd like to cut more for summer. For me, not looking to get huge but 5-10 very lean pounds would be like a gift from heaven at this point....just want to see if I can do it.

    Any advice?

    I was pretty much where you are. I competed naturally when I was 33 and didn't cycle til I was 34-35

    the best thing to do is to research here for several months as there is a LOT more to USING steroids then just DOING steroids

    First cycles are best kept to one compound. A single long ester testosterone is best. Look into Test Enanthate, or Test Cypionate

    there are other things you may need to have on hand DURING your cycle, and then you will need to look into PCT (Post Cycle Therapy)

    which is the MOST important part of any cycle

    my results were great, but then again i just came off a contest diet, so I knew how to eat to grow.!!
