As someone who competed regularly in natural bodybuilding and having lifted since I was in junior high, I'm very well-versed in training and nutrition. I no longer compete though. I explored the idea of trying the juice a couple years ago, but decided to stay natural.
I feel that I've reached that age though. Workouts are getting harder to recover from, no gains over the past few years....frustration setting in. I'd like to cut more for summer. For me, not looking to get huge but 5-10 very lean pounds would be like a gift from heaven at this point....just want to see if I can do it.
Any advice?
