Hey guys, I started a cycle with just D-Bol at 20mg/day, I know I know just D-Bol alone is looked down upon. However, it is my first cycle and I didn't think I was ready for injections so I decided to do it D-Bol alone considering how many people seemed to gain 25, 28 and even 30 pounds in 6 weeks with D-bol at 25mg/day and kept half or more with an aggressive pct. Anyways my question is, I only have d-bol in a 20mg capsule, and D-Bol seems to stay in your system 4-6 hours if not less, so when would be the best time to take the capsule, before workout, 2 hours before workout, after workout...please save your bashing and smart answers, i don't want lectures on how i should be doing injections with d-bol blah blah, i simply want to know when the best time to take the pill is since its only once a day. FIrst workout i took the pill 40 minutes before workout and next day noticed gains in chest, other days i took it during the day and don't seem to notice much...
