    bulking question

I'm on a clean bulking diet, 40/40/20 3200 cals. I'm gaining strength, but my weight is pretty stagnant at 155. Should I just add calories until I start gaining again? How many calories should I add at a time and how long do I wait to see if I'm gaining again before I add more?

I was thinking of bumping it up to about 3500 and giving it a week or so, and then see where I'm at.

I got on the scale for the first time in about week today and I was sure I would be up, but instead I was down 2 pounds. I look bigger, so the loss is all fat and water (probably mostly water). I don't understand how you big guys do it. I can barely stuff down 3500 cals a day.

if you maintained weight at 3200 cals a day, and kicked it up to 3500 cals a day you would gain less than 1 pound a week. 3500 cals surplus per week will put 1 pound a week on. bulking is hard im finding...

after you get to around 4000cal per day, if it's clean, then normally will have to either add good fats(which are heavy in calories) or add a little less clean food

write out your diet so we can see what is looks like

    what is your TDEE
