This thursday im starting tae kwon do training. Im wondering if i should get punching bags to work out with? Are they really worth it? Does anyone know from experience how much increase in strenght?

bro i boxed for a year and just having your arms constantly up and always hittin a bag, your shoulders will cut up. never really noticed much in strenth but if u put in some time on a bag it will help your shoulder development. do yourself a favor and buy some wraps, cuz if u are gettin a heavy bag ur knuckles are gonna swell up for a while.
