    Comment On my Split Please!!!

    Future Ways to Prevent Overtraining.

    -Training Split:

    - Cardio will be Mon-Fri.

    - Weights will be 4 times a week.
    - Will do HIT 3 times a week for 15 Minutes.

    - Will take Saturdays and Sundays Off.

    - Supplements:

    - ZMA everynight.

    - Postworkout Will take:
    48 Grams of Protein
    25 Grams of Carbs (Wazy Maize)
    5 Grams Of Creatine.


    - Nitric Oxide For (16 weeks)


    - Tribulus Terristris.

    Workout Split:

    - Monday :
    Morning: Cardio (45 minutes) (Slow Paced Empty Stomach)
    Night: Chest/Tricepts/Abs/ HIT Cardio(15 Minutes).


    - Tuesday :
    Morning: Cardio (45 Minutes)
    Night: Back/Biceps/HIT Cardio (15 minutes) .


    - Wednesday:
    Morning: Cardio (45 Minutes)
    Night: Traps/Shoulders/Abs/HIT Cardio (15 Minutes)


    - Thursday :
    Morning (1hr Cardio)
    Night: OFF


    - Friday :
    Morning: Cardio (45 Minutes)
    Night: Legs.


    - Saturdays and Sundays OFF, Rest and Get Plently of Protein at least 1.5Grams per Lbs of bodyweight and Fairly Low carbs (all Complex)

    Will I risk Overtrainning with this Split?

    Creatine is pre-workout supplement

    Your split sounds exactly like mine and out of all the years ive been lifting and the different splits ive tried i always come back to one almost exactly like yours. i do add in legs as previously suggested in the middle of all the upper body workouts. i also havent been doing much cardio until recently and its REALLY wearing on me and my energy with my lifts, but i guess thats what cutting is about. Needless to say i like the split and you should do very well with it
