    Protien Type

The majority of the protien I eat on a daily basis is from chicken. I have eggs with my oatmeal in the a.m. and drink a pwo shake. The rest of the day is strickly boneless skinless chicken breast. I have a family member that works for Tyson and gets me 20lb boxes for 20 bucks. I eat this way for the cost savings but I am unsure if I need to change the type of meat up throughout the day or week. Any help would be appreciated.

I like to mix in red meat for the creatine and B vitamins, plus is just makes me feel fuller. No reason you cant do chicken throughout though if that is your preference.

if your gonna eat 6 meals a day, i would at least use 3 protien sources in the day, usualy use 4 realisticly..

    ie
    6am eggs

    9am turkey

    12pm chicken

    3pm turkey

    6pm chicken

    9pm beef

feel free to do some fish when ever u want.. theres also deer, buffalo, duck.. blah blah blah... get creative.. keep your tough to digest meals like beef to the night time.. they're the best for you then

If I changed things around a bit would this work?

    6am whole eggs

    9am tuna

    11am chicken breast

    11:30- 1pm gym

    1pm PWO shake

    2pm ham

    5pm chicken breast.

7pm full dinner (A must to eat whatever "she" cooks)

9pm beef (does it matter what cut?)

I eat rice, and vegetables throughout the day with protien but I gotta admit that it's random in quantity. Right now all of those times except breakfast and after workout are filled with chicken breast.

ur body can adjust and get used to the type of protein if u eat it all the time--so try and mix it up--not to mention ur body can also develop food allergies if your eating same protein source that often--according to milos

i know i was just wondering because i buy the cheapest lean steak i can find, the ones you named are more expensive when you eat as much as i do. so let me rephrase my question. what lean steak has the best price vs taste. because i know bottom round is extremely cheap but i hate that shit tastes like cardboard
