Pain NOT near injection site.

Hi all-
I injected 1ml Cyp 250 in upper middle quad 48 hrs ago. Absolutely no local pain to the injection area, HOWEVER over the last 24 hrs pain in the area of roughly 2 inches round above the knee cap, I would say where the 3 quad muscles join on the bottom. It is so sore the even the lightest of touch causes pain. Coincidentally on the same day as my injection I also jogged for the first time in two months.

Can this pain possibly be from the test. and be over 10 inches from the injection site, or did I some how irratate from the jog?

There have been several times where I've shot quads and later on get a nagging pain above my knee. Not acute pain like it sounds like you're describing, but definitely something. Its usually also gone the next day. Probably something to do with the fact that there are so many veins/ nerves in the quads.
