Got some decadubol-100 . Noticed in some of the vails there are small white particles floating around. Is that the powder seperating from oil or is it dirty? anything i can do?

yeah, india. red top. The only reason that I noticed it is because two of the amps had alot of particles in them so what I did is boil water and then I placed the 2ml vail in the hot water, took them out and shook them and the particles seemed to disolve mostly. manufactured 3/08 so it cant be old. And i got it from a very respecteable source 2. might just be powder seperating. could they have gotten to the point of freezing during shippment?
