clomid + nolva

I'm 36, just finishing up my 2nd cycle. I was taking 300 of Test E twice a week for 3 months.

Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

I was considering this combination but I've been told that because of my relatively tame cycle, this may be overkill. Should I just run 50mg of clomid a day? I'd love to hear some feedback.

Go ahead and run both. I'd just do 4 weeks of clomid 50mg/nolva 20mg. And pct begins two weeks after last inject with the test e.

Thanks, my nolva is in liquid form with a dropper. Do you know if I'm supposed to just take 20mg dropped in the mouth or do I need to put it in something?

I just take it dropped in the back of my mouth followed by water. I've heard of some people mixing it with a little gatorade or something.

^ Grapefruit juice is a good mix. It takes the nasty sting away.

And id do the folllowing for PCT.

Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Clomid - 100/100/50/50

No need to shock the system for the first few days. Any amount is basically doing that already. No need for extreme doses of Clomid especially.
