been keeping a rookie bulker log in another section but i would liek some tips for conveinient whole foods i can add into my diet..i rely on a lot of supplements and conveinient protein sources i.e. turkey sausage (microwaveable lol) i would really like to start eating al ot more chicken and vegtables regularly, i work a lot, for long periods of time but it would be nice to bring baggies with me, do you all boil your chicken ever? im a huge fan of conveinience and care little about the taste of something, if you want further information such as an example of a daily diet i have one here http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=380177 any input or suggestions would be helpful
