    Hi all am a newbie :}

    Ave been enjoyin all the info you guys offer so figured it was time to to join. I have a few qusetions. if anyone how do you guys feel about pro-ho's and which would be the safest and most effective? How often do side effects develop as i have read a lot about headaches and sickness with a lot of them (don't fancy wasting money).

    12-14 i think but need to have it checked

    around 2500-3000 calories depending on what i can squeeze in. I've been hammering milk recently as this seems to help. Sorry if i'm not very informative :~{

    Well its tough to tell if your diet is in check @ 2500 calories as these could all be coming from cookies, pies, and "crumpets" sry

    Spawn has gotten some good reviews but will require a PCT. Do some reading on the compound and the supplements you should take along with it and see if it's really for you. If youre wondering what PCT is use the search. There is a lot of information to be found in your spare time.

    Welcome and good luck

    Hi Anabolios. Lol yeah i see what you mean about the info. I don't eat any sweets at all, i don't drink booze or eat any crap really. A diet of the norm chicken, pasta, fish, oatmeal, eggs, and milky milky. I drink a gallon of milk a day (semi) and get 4 meals in, am trying to stretch to five but i struggle with 4 at mo. I've done the whey protein but find i get more outta milk (more expensive tho)

    Thanks for the info about spawn i've not heard of that, i do know about pct's etc (not much tho). I was looking into massfx or 3-ad but hear so many ill reports.

    thanks again
