    I'm gonna add some sirloin to my diet but what level is safe for cutting?

    It's $4.99 lb where I'm at so at 8oz a day at that price were talking roughly under $20.00 a week.I can do that.Is 8oz too much?I'm taking the chedder out of breakfast but adding sirloin at night,will this tweak to my diet still help me keep the fat loss rolling?I'm pulling the chedder cause the fat loss has slowed to a crawl I figured it's time to adjust the calorie intake and keep my calorie expenditure the same.Ant thoughts?Here's my routine and diet.http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=380496

    i checked out your pics bro and in the red pants i would say you about 12% bf which was i think about 38-40 days ago, the other pics you are for sure under that i would say about 8%,your bf loss will slow, if you are still losing 2 #'s a week to me that movong at a fast pace ( bc your bf is already low ) or it would be for me, so maintain your muscle bro,personally i see nothing wrong with taking the cheddar out and adding sirloin at night

    I have done many, including my last two contest diets with red meat accounting for up to 80% of my protein. I am talking 3 pounds a day. Trust me you can get absolutely ripped with it if everything else is in order.
