Does gyno lump always appear under nipple/areola, I have noticed a small lump off to the side of my left nipple, it's not sore @ all and doesn't hurt when I touch it. I may just be paranoid, this is my third cycle and never had any issues.

I have read cbinos and wars thread on gyno reversal, as well as many others. I have letro and nolv on hand. I have been taking ldex .25mgs eod for 2 weeks. I was thinking of using nolv 20mgs ed until pct and continue on with clomid/nolv. i read not to take ldex and nolv @ the same time. so should i stop ldex for 2 days and then start the nolv. Does this sound correct? I have 2 weeks left in cycle.
