I keep reading that you should get your protein via food instead of shakes when possible. I'm quite curious why. I mean most good shakes have low fat and low carbs and multiple types of proteins (egg, whey, etc). And they have all the bcaa's and aminos.
I don't really see the point of saying you should not drink a shake if you can eat food instead, especially if you only are drinking 1-2 shakes a day.
