If you are strict cutting, then only ONE
If you are bulking, then you can get away with more than one
just depends on how dedicated you are to meet your goals
why put shlt into your body?
if you're gonna have a cheat meal, have one.

I don't do cheat MEALS... I may do a cheat snack... like grab a handful of wheat thins or cheeze itz every once in a blue moon... or eat a bowl of cereal... or something of that nature... I dont go out and order GREASY HAMBURGERS or PIZZA... and I do not drink alcohol... soooo... Yah sometimes I just get these cravings and as long as I have followed my diet strictly enough I will give in to those cravings... I think it is necessary for growth to trick your body... I try not to eat too shIIIttty of food though....
One or none if u want to do something like acheiving a goal u have set then so it right ... One bad cheat meal can screw up ur whole diet...
It was a fluke I demand a rematch.... Very true with helping I'm running on the palumbo diet now , but I know a few people who have had cheat meals in there comp training but when they did it they went all out I'm talking 50 bucks of pizza hut ... Trust me I made the same mistake a few months back on start of my prep to a comp I'm getting ready for
^^^ agreed, if I was contest prep, then there would be NO cheat meals at all !!
but the average joe dieting to look beach ready, I think its ok once a week or every other week

if i'm cutting up i may a couple of cheat meals on my off day of training, if bulking up i have a few more cheat meals and there mainly on off days. Cheats are great i get to my goals quiker aswel cause i am not eating the same food over and over again.
If you're bulking and have low bodyfat then having a pizza is probably the best food you can eat. It has everything you need for growth.
Cutting.. now thats a different story, but i lost 19lbs in 5 weeks naturally and i still ate chocolate bars and crisps 3 or 4 times a week. I'm an ectomorph though with a fast metabolism.
It all depends on the type of person you are and body you have. Everyone will be different. Just experiment and see if you can get away with it or not.
