Pics of me at 255 pounds of fat..starting diet tomorrow

    A little bit about me:

    5"11
255 pounds(dont look it but feel it)
Most people dont beleive me they think i am 225..anyways

Only reason i am posting pics is because i need motivation..and reporting pics every 10 days will be my goal..i hope people here can get me back on track.

I will train 6 days a week...45-60 minutes cardio and weights.

    Heres my plan

    Palumbo Diet (for 250lb man

    Meal 1 6 whole *****-3 eggs

Meal 2; 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds

Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter

Meal 4; 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus=20with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil

    Meal 5; 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB

    Meal 6 6 whole eggs

    Had a few questions:

Can i add condiments to my meats?and if yes what kind?

Also i love my coffee in the morning can i still have it and what kind?black(yuK)splenda and creme?

Also what time for my last meal?10pm

Am i fool for doing this maybe..but its now or never.

    coffee is fine

why all the WHOLE eggs, thats a lot of extra fat you can cut out, go with 2 eggs and 4 egg whites

what condiments do you want to use. watch out for sugars in them

are you doing cardio and weights in the same session? if so Do the weights first, then do cardio after

if not, then do cardio first thing in morning on empty stomach

    good luck !!!

    Good luck man!!!

Keep on track and post those pics every 10 days like you said. Sometimes having that accountability will keep us on track. Maybe once a week carb up a little? Just a recommendation as low carbs kills my enegy after a while.

If you put in the time and effort you will get the desired results!

Best of luck, I like the way you have the every 10 day updates scheduled. Sounds like you are going to be holding yourself accountable which is the most important step in reaching your goals. Didnt see Pittboy's response til after I wrote this, didnt mean to duplicate his thoughts.

hey man ive read a bit about the keto. i believe coffee is fine. but they say it must be dark. splenda sounds fine but im not sure about the creme. if its a must i would try to use less as possible. if im wrong someone lemme know. you can do it with hard dieting and cardio. kepe motivated. be patient and in time you will look likek a different person. good luck

Good amounts of cardio there. I've got a question though... do you currently do any cardio? The reason I'm asking is because 45 - 60 is quite a long time to be running on a tread mill... if you haven't been doing cardio recently I would slowly increase the cardio so that it doesn't exhaust you. (i.e. start at 25 and add an extra 5 minutes every week).

other then that, good luck on the cut! keep diet on track!! do not sway from it.

the palumbo diet will probably work well for you...carb up after the first 14 days of the diet and then once every 7 days after that...coffee should be fine in moderation...you will be pretty tired the first few days but it will get better
