Ok, given my weight and goals I need 4k or so calories and ~300-400 grams of protein each day. I put up my current diet that basically reaches those goals, and was told it sucked. I cannot afford to spend any more than I'm already spending (100-150 a week).
So I'm curious what you guys/gals are spending each week on food. I don't know if all the tuna and chicken, eggs, etc is more or less than what I've been getting.
Sorry if this is an odd question, I just need to see if it is even feasible for me to try and reshape my whole diet.
