Red potato generally has a lower GI, but both of them vary greatly depending on how they're prepared.
I think either should mainly be used PWO for glycogen replenishment.
if you recommend them pwo for glycogen replenishment, then i presume their simple carbs, i was unsure because of the yellow color

Well it is a complex carbohydrates but potatoes are also low in fat, .they have one-fourth of the calories of bread, and are also a source of calcium, vitamin C, iron, potassium, and zinc.
