    Calves no pump

30 min after 1/2 cup of brown rice and 4 oz salmon I left work and while I was driving I felt the best pump in my legs.I did quads and hams yesterday that could have had something to do with it.Another funny thing happened last night when I woke up to take a piss my legs were so vascular and pumped from the leg work I actually sat up for a minute to admire them, pretty cool.I had 8oz sirloin 4oz boneless chicken chicken breast and 2 cups of broccoli before bed fyi.

Looking really good, for about the last 3 months calves have been my favorite bodypart to train. I have been torturing them twice a week. You really need to think about what I said in one of your other posts about doing a natural contest.

I have and thank you for the positive influence.I'm gonna see what kind of potential I have once I've fully exposed my lower abdomen, somewhere around 3-4% bf.Then maybe after one more bulking season I might give it a go.The funny part about dieting without gear is I'm a lot more driven almost like there's something pushing me to diet harder and train smarter,it's pretty cool.I know there's no money in natural bodybuilding, maybe some small supplement endorsement deal or modeling gig or so but it would be more of a battle within my self to see what kind of level I could bring my condition too. There's only a handful of guys in the world who make a living at this game and have endless drugs to support there career.Even when Victor Martinez won the Arnold Classic 3 weeks earlier he was involved in some steroid battle with the law.The first 3 years Ronnie Coleman won the O he was still a cop.I guess I need to be educated on what competing on a natural level has to offer.Any advice on the subject would be appreciated.

I would recommend everyone compete naturally first. It forces you to be very meticulous with your diet and training. It is also a great way to get some stage experience. If you have never competed you have no clue how much time and effort goes into learning to pose and do your quarter turns correctly. I did the natural circuit for nearly 15 years and wouldnt trade that experience for anything.
