picture of what i just ate... how's this seem as a meal to you guys?

just had this for lunch and I have this quite often actually.... what do you guys think? Just curious that's all... looks sloppy and isn't as fancy as some chef could make it look but i don't care since it's just going to be chewed up anyway.

chicken breast strips from costco.. about 6-8oz. on there
vegetarian refried beans 99% fat free
fat free cottage cheese 1/2 cup or so
    whole wheat tortilla

I don't know of the macros exactly but I don't do that anymore.... I did that for about 2 months (counted macros) and got a really good idea of what I should be having in my diet so I don't count ALL the time anymore but I am aware of what is going into my body....

aprox. 60g p, 35g c, 3g f (those are just off the wall guesses but if anyone really cares to know i can figure it out.... )

looks yummy to me, I like to do Mission tortillas with chicken breast, fat free sour cream, lettuce, cilantro and salsa. Sometimes a little bordens fat free sharp cheddar cheese.

Looks good as hell. Wrap that bitch up and top it off w/lettuce and tomato and hot sauce. Well, that's what i'd do.
