    Ouch...

Ok, Im not sure what I did or what, but I've been out for a month from the gym.

And I was just doing push ups, skull crushers, and dips.

A couple days later, was shoulders/traps day. I got this not so good pain in my right arm, kinda where at the top of my tricep and bottom of my mid deltoid. I was doing BB military press, and every time I lowered the bar, I got this pain in that spot....

I tried doing chest and tris today...same thing when benching.

    What the hell??

Could be anything. Just pain? Without seeing it, it's hard to tell, but sounds like a tear.

You said you've been out for a month. Is it still the same? If so, I'd go to a doc and get an MRI

sounds like you might have hurt/teared your rotator cuff. def have it looked at if the pain persists.

I was out for a month because I was recovering from gyno surgery.

But my first day back, I thought I would take it easy with just some pushups, dips, and light skull crushers.

And boom. Im pretty sure it was something out of those 3 exercises that I did that day. But it hurts when I do military press, front/side laterals, skullcrushers, bench press, butterflies, and the alike...

Its hard to describe the pain, its not throbbing, more like a pressure/solid pain. Only under stress loads, i.e. bringing the bar down on presses.
Even with the weight, just moving my arm out to the side I can feel it.

I should add I was playing softball with my sister, throwing underhand.

    If that can cause it...

I'll try to find or put up a pic of the area
