Finished PCT a while back and thought I'd post some before and after pics. First photo was about 18 months ago, had labrum surgery the previous year and went from 220 to 190 (which is the 1st pic) 2nd and 3rd photos were right before I jumped on the gear after working out and eating for a year. The last 2 photos are where I'm sitting now (230). Picked up some chub along the way (I was bulking after all!). And the goal now is to cut up to 220
My cycle was 12 weeks of test cyp at 400 mgs per week (nolva/clomid PCT) and averaged around 4200 cals per day). I'm guessing I'm at about 15% BF (agree?), though I haven't seen a pair of calipers in years. Was thinking of running an ECA stack and focusing more on cardio and abs (my least favorite things). I'm 33 yo and 6'3"...chest has always been my nemesis (pigeon chest runs in the family). Flame away!
