I keep bruising my deltoid!

I started my cycle by pinning my glutes, now I started to notice scar tissue and decided to r to switch my shots to deltoids for a while.
Everytime after the injection into my deltoid, I form a bruise size of a quarter for few days.
Does anyone have an idea what I could be doing wrong or is it normal for this to happen?
I'm using 25g 1 inch needle.
I just don't want to have bruises all the time because then it would be pretty obvious to my friends that I'm on gear, when I take off my shirt or something.

are you sure you're relaxing the muscle completely? sometimes with delts it's hard.

My delts burn like a ********er after I inject.....sucks and so far everytime I inject a little blood and some oil always escapes.

Ya its pretty relaxed and I try to not move the needle around that much but sometimes I have to pause cause my wrist gets tired, maybe that could cause it.

For some reason the needle keeps moving in and out for me while I am injecting not a lot just a 2-3 cm, I think it's because my hand is so shaky while I am injecting
