Bro the Varicocele is not as serious as you make it sound, very FEW i mean an insignificant amount of the peopl who have it actually get a significant reduction in sperm count or sexual performance or pain from it. I was freaked out like you when i first discovered th spaghetti veins on the back of my balls but i went and saw more than five specialist about it over the last ten years (Yes i've had it since i was a teen).
They all tell you the same thing, You never start worrying about the Vericocele UNTILL you are having lots of pain from it or you are having probelms making babies. They refuse to operate on it if you are just annoyed with it!
After spending nights of sleepless worry and nightmares waking up with cold sweats from a top ceiling camera angle zooming down on me looking up and breathing heavy..i finally went and did two fully detailed sperm and testosterone tests. Everything came out normal and they told me WE TOLD YOU SO!!
If you are so sure it takes 3 months for levels to return to normal after a cycle then wait an extra month or two on top of that before you go test you sperm, it wont kill you to wait a little extra then you know at least the cycle effects are gone, and you can focus on the Over-hyped over-exaggerated problem of the Varicocele and see if its causing the problem.
