I've been on Letro going on 5 weeks now. My gyno has gone down a lot but still there. The bottle has probably 4 more servings left...should I order another bottle and continue use until the gyno is gone?

Going on week six now with the letro....gyno is still somewhat present..nipple pain and peanut sized lumps behind both nipples....should I continue or just be satisfied with the reduction up to this point? When I taper off the letro do I start the nolva as I'm tapering off the letro of do I wait till the last dose of letro then begin the nolva? Also should the nolva dose be 20mg or 40mg's?
