    Howdy

    Hey,

    Long time lurker, 1st time poster. My other account for some reason would not let me post, but this one does so I'll use it instead. I'm 22 (23 next month) been lifting for about 5 years now. Just starting my 1st cycle now (just injected for the 1st time about 5 minutes ago, sniff sniff)

    Look forward to posting now that I have an account that works.

    10 weeks:

    Wk 1-10: 500 mg Test Cyp/wk
    week 1: 50mg Dbol/ED
    week 2-4: 30mg Dbol/ED
    week 3: 20mg Nolva ED

    PCT will be clomid, HCG and nolva, also have arimidex on hand as well incase things get puffy/sore.

    why 20mg/day nolva in week 3? I would skip that.
