What have you've been reading up on?
clean low carb high protein diet and lots of cardio!!!
maybe some clen and a simple ECA stack like xenadrine or hydroxycut
and switch between them every 2 weeks
week 1-2 clen 80-140mcg ED
week 3-4 ECA stack
week 5-6 clen 80-140mcg ED
week 7-8 ECA stack
continue if needed.
clen is clenbuterol if you didnt know.

I have taken hydroxycut in the past and feel I lose allot of muscle before cutting up. I was just wondering what some people have been taking and wanted to compare results. Any info is appreciated.
