    I'm not an expert, and I'm not trying to flame, but you are no where near ready yet. You have tons of natural potential to fill, and your bodyfat is above 15%. What are your stats?

    If you are wondering if your bf% is low enough to do a cycle I would say that your pretty close . If you go to a gym the owner or a exp[eranced trainer should check your bodyfat for no charge . If you don't have much problems with sides from AAS I would think your gtg .

    I would estimate 20 or maybe a little over. Clen at most for now.

    I think many guys there overestimate BF.

    You are 14-16% BF how old are you?

    Im not expert like others have said. But when I started years ago I was about your size maybe a little but bigger. Now im at 4% but 7 years later and strict diet for those years and aas..

    I say go for it.. Just watch for the sides..

    I am 42. I waisted away some gains in the attempt to lose belly fat by going calorie deficient and adding t3-clen....It was an experiment...I have to try another method as I am not happy with the results...more diet tweaking must be needed. And the t3-clen should be during a cycle...but I didnt mind the short term set back. It actually feels really great to be down to under 170.. Consider that a year ago I was 185 and had smaller arm and thigh specs...so its heading in the right direction....thanks for all the input ...good and bad...its all added to the mix in an attempt to improve.

    I will try a light test e cycle and another few rounds of t3-clen.
    In jan I was about 180lbs, after a 13 weeker of test e. see here.

    I am about 168 in the first pic.

    I am not all dissapointed as I still look better then pre cycle,when I was 185lb ...so from that starting point I have more muscle and weight 17 lbs less...so its still 2 steps forward...I just mustn't have the diet right to lose that last belly fat.
    This next cycle should give me the results I want. Add back a bit of muscle and lose a bit more bf...cardio will be upped to 45 mins 5days a week and diet will remain clean.

    yah the T3 off cycle wasn't the best call. you lost some muscle.

    what's your cardio like?

    as I get older, man it's tough to keep the fat off...gotta be super strict on diet and hit that cardio

    To the OP, have you had your test levels checked? Even doing a good PCT recovery can be tough at your age. TRT might be a more viable option for you.

    Yeah been there... Guys at the gym tell me there at like 4-6 when there at like 12-14 and I'm leaner... I then ask what I am at.... they say like 2%.. haha I'm say I hope not I still wanna live past the hospital bed


    But yes to the OP, At your age I PERSONALLY see no problem starting on test ONLY at the moment.... you obviously are putting in work and trying real hard and its not as easy for you as it is for some of us young bucks......

    i know. People like you that are older are more valuable then anyone else cause you have experience which trumps anything on paper..

    But to the OP if you want; the more information you give us on your training, diet etc the more we can tweak and help...

    Just had test levels check...the acceptable scale here is 23-83 and I had a 37...14 above the floor means I am in the lower 3rd of acceptable...trt thoughts abound.
    Here is why I am pleased to be under 170 and showing some muscle...I know I can regain the mass...just dont want to be soft. I was about 190 here.


    My cardio is 30min/ day 5 times a week at 120 bpm. its about 9 miles on the staionary.
    Going to hit 45 minutes starting now.
    I am gonna run test e for 10-12 weeks with some proviron at 50 mg/day and end it with 4 weeks of mast prop at 100 mg eod and 5 weeks var at 60 mg/day.
    from this thin present stature it should get me where I want to be.
    I wanted to start the cycle as lean as I could...

    I'd guess you're under 15%. You should take the pics in the same place so the lighting is the same.

    Which photo appears to have less body fat. The first one (which is now) or the 2nd which was jan.
    I sees lightly better abs and obl in the pic of now(the first one).
