Dr. Bronner's
Always been pleased with Neutrogena products http://www.neutrogena.com/econsumer/...=5&subCatId=14
do they even have soap where your from?
Most dishsoap these days contains Triclosan, which is an antibiotic. Depending on how resistant the bacteria in YOUR skin are, it may work. My acne was bad my first cycle. I tried everything OTC, finally went to the dermatologist. She gave me Doxycycline (broad-spectrum antibiotic) and Tazorac (chemically very similar to Accutane, but Topical)
I was clear in a couple weeks. I was amazed. If your acne is resistant to OTC treatment, you should see a dermatologist.
Another ignorant question from a brainwashed child of history. To answer your questiion we have more than different brand of soaps now days, we remodified and assemble euro/japanese automobile, an experience most of y'all are discriminated from in Detriot. Check it out.

Uh Oh, I'm afraid that I could be one of these also...Another ignorant question from a brainwashed child of history
dishwashing soap is a great ache fighter because of the added alkalis in it which break up grease and oil(well technically they are composed of a hydrophilic and hydrophobic end, the hydrophilic grabs water and the hydrophobic tail grabs the oil)
I think dishwashing soaps contain large amounts of lye, which I've heard is pretty bad for your skin.
Now for some more skin damaging remedies - When I was a teenager I had pretty bad acne. After trying several types of acne medications to no avail my mom took me to a tanning bed and had me spend 5 minutes in the bed. The next day my face was significantly clearer. I started going regularly every 3 days and while I still had some blemishes here and there, it was much less than I had previously. I still don't know why it worked, I guess it just dried my skin out. If I were you I'd experiment by spending some time out in the sun working on your tan, see if anything clears up. If you react well to it maybe you might want to think about a membership to a tanning salon. That is what I would do at least
EDIT: Forgot to mention, I've heard if you over do the tanning it can irritate your skin and worsen your condition, so just use some good judgement. I'd usually spend about 10-15 minutes every 3 days and that worked for me.
